NEW ENGLAND UNITED

REGIONAL ANTIWAR NETWORK MEETING

 

             SPEAKER:  ATT’Y STEPHEN DOWNS,  founder of  Project SALAM

               (Support  and  Legal  Advocacy for  Muslims,  will  speak on  Muslim

               civil liberties, the recent attacks on Muslims, and the many cases of

               Muslims facing  pre-emptive  prosecution  and political imprisonment.

 

       There will be a business meeting following the formal presentation.  Items to be discussed include: Report on United National Antiwar Conference held in Albany, July 23-25; Building antiwar contingent for Oct. 2nd demonstration in Washington, DC; US Boat for Free Gaza Flotilla; Planning for national bi-coastal demonstrations April 9th; Fallujah Week.
