Where: Peace Abbey • 2 North Main St • Sherborn

Josh joined the service fresh out of high school, thinking he would be defending America and saving an oppressed people from a cruel dictator.
When he got to Iraq his started to question his thinking. He eventually applied for Conscientious Objector status and after another year in the service was granted a discharge. Join us to hear his transformation story from gung ho soldier to non-violence advocate.

Now Josh is biking around the country to help bring attention to all of the organizations and groups who are working for peace through non-violent methods.

He has a blog at contagiousloveexperiment.wordpress.com if you would like to learn more about him and please consider coming to the Peace Abbey on Saturday night.
