Proposal from Af/Pak working group for rally & march in Boston Oct. 3-5
Discussion
There are many issues involved which are described in the proposal: date, slogans, how organized, ties to economic issues, outreach, collaboration, relationship with national calls. Need to have input from UJP groups, nothing has been decided yet except to organize a collaborative action in October with Afghanistan/Pakistan war the lead issue.

Present proposal on NEU call June 25. Put on July 08 UJP Planning Group agenda. Organize badly needed educational programming this fall on Afghanistan/Pakistan

convene an organizing meeting in mid-July inviting other groups to attend.

Iraq Vet Josh Stieber get-together: at AFSC 6:30-8:00 on June 30. $42 allocation for food.
Office update: AFSC has given us the office at foot of stairs; need to hookup computer and phone and organize move in
