Update on Oct. conference.  Discussion on theme.  Priority public education and organizing against wars/occupations & connecting to wars at home. Ann Wright, Noam Chomsky, Michael McPhearson, & Kathy Kelly confirmed. Waiting to hear from others. Still looking for university space. Agenda discussed, still tbd.

M: to pay $50 for DVD for Bennis/Elkern forum. Passed

Proposal to call for day-after Obkama draw down announcement on Afghanistan actions approved.  Call for 5 pm at Park St.  Bring all troops home now demand.  Cole will send out announcement.

Nuclear Free Task Force.  Nuclear Free Festival July 16, Copley, 2-5 pm, focusing on weapons and nuclear free future. Speakers representing Yankee Rowe and Pilgrim opponents.  Peace pagoda walk, speakers, rap groups, music, family friendly.  UJP will have banner and table.

Move Over AIPAC/Gaza Flotilla send off June 15, Friends Meeting House, 7-9 pm.

June 11 Fund Communities, Not War mtg in Worcester.

Libya demo, 4-6, Sen. Kerry's Office, June 27.  Marilyn will send info to UJP and ask for co-sponsorship with other orgs. Main demand is to bring all military forces out and end foreign intervention.
