The Monthly Peace & Justice Film Series is presenting “Rethink Afghanistan” — its October film — on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8 (the second Thursday of each month at the YMCA).
RETHINK AFGHANISTAN
A powerful, and thought provoking new film by noted documentary filmaker Robert Greenwald of Brave New Films. The film addresses the 2009 escalation, the costs of the war, the impact on Pakistan, on Afghan women, the civilian casualties, and the security implications for the United States.
An extended discussion will follow the film • Refreshments will be served
