Arlington/Lexington United for Justice with Peace presents an educational forum on the ongoing war in Afghanistan, its global and historical context, and its impact on civilians

M. Shahid Alam, Professor of Economics, Northeastern University; his current research
interests include global economic history and imperialism
Maryam Shansab, Afghan national and PhD student at Tufts Medical School;
an active member of the UJP Afghanistan Task Force
