When: Sunday, May 6, 2018, 11:00 am to 1:30 pm
Where: Community Church of Boston • 565 Boylston Street, 2nd floor • Boston

This presentation will focus on widespread inequalities and how we can be most effective in addressing injustices as we join local low wage workers in their fight for economic rights and economic justice. -The themes that will be explored are “dignity”, “respect” and “justice” and how they can be best demonstrated on the local and regional levels.

The Rev. Dr. Norm Faramelli is a board member of Massachusetts Interfaith Worker Justice, a group that connects religious institutions to the fight for economic rights and economic justice, especially for low wage workers. Prior to attending seminary, Norm was trained and worked as an engineer in the energy industry. He is an Episcopal priest who has served congregations in the New York, Philadelphia and Boston regions. Norm has also worked with various groups on housing, immigrant rights, and racial, economic and environmental justice.
