Keep Space for Peace Week: 70 Years of NATO is enough

When: Saturday, October 5, 2019, 12:00 pm to Saturday, October 12, 2019, 7:55 pm
Where: international • Brunswick

International Week of Protest to Stop the Militarization of Space.

NATO was created to contain the Soviet Union which no longer exists.  US/NATO military bases, war games, and weapons have been deployed to Russia's border in Eastern Europe.  The continuing development of missile fefense systems and the planned deployment of space weapons are creaing a new arms race and expanding warfare to the heaves.

Tensions are rising and a nuclear WWIII coiuld start in a flash.  In such a war, space te3chnology would be instrumental in directing all military operations.

Hold a local event during "Keep Space for Peace Week" to call forr the de-escalation of US-NATO war preparations near the Russian border and a return to serious disarmament negotiations. #NoToNATO
